PITTSBURGH -- The Pitt Panthers have not been shy about pursuing wide receivers in the transfer portal after outgoing transfers left their ranks of pass catchers thin. They, along with many others around the country, have their eyes on one player in particular who made the surprising decision to leave his school after a stellar season in 2022.
The Panthers are one of 59 schools to extend an offer to Keon Coleman, who was Michigan State's top wideout last season. Georgia, Penn State, Oregon, Florida, Oklahoma, Florida State, North Carolina, Michigan, Notre Dame and many, many more are also involved by

Coleman, a former four-star recruit and top-20 player from Louisiana in the class of 2021, followed a wave of Spartans exiting the program after a wildly successful sophomore season. After waiting his turn for a year, Coleman burst onto the scene with a team-high 798 yards and seven touchdowns on 58 catches in 12 games. He has two years of eligibility remaining.
