Purdue continues to see tremendous success on the NIL market. According to the NIL Store, Purdue was the leader in sales for the month of March, marking the fifth consecutive month in which it has ranked as the No. 1 selling team.

The NIL Store released its top-10 results for the month of March recently. Purdue was, once again, at the top of the list. A total of four teams from the Big Ten landed in the top-10 for sales: Illinois (No. 2), Iowa (No. 7) and Nebraska (No. 9).

Here's the complete top-10 for March, per the NIL Store:

  1. Purdue Boilermakers
  2. Illinois Fighting Illini
  3. Marquette Golden Eagles
  4. UConn Huskies
  5. Duke Blue Devils
  6. LSU Tigers
  7. Iowa Hawkeyes
  8. North Carolina Tar Heels
  9. Nebraska Cornhuskers
  10. Duquesne Dukes

The NIL Store works with nearly 60 schools and continues to grow. The fact that Purdue has maintained its top spot for essentially the entire college basketball season is an impressive feat, especailly with some of the brands included.

Will the trend continue for the Boilermakers in April? Purdue punched its first Final Four ticket since 1980 and is looking to win its first ever NCAA Tournament national championship. That would certainly generate plenty of interest in more merchandise for the month.

The four teams competing in this year's men's Final Four include Purdue, UConn, Alabama and North Carolina State. In the women's tournament, Iowa, UConn, North Carolina State and South Carolina reached the Final Four.
