South Carolina's Football team has had a good stretch of recruiting news over the past five days, hosting a plethora of blue-chip prospects for their annual Garnet and Black Spring game and then landing three commitments on Wednesday afternoon. Now that the Spring period has past, the Gamecocks' recruiting department can set their sights towards the upcoming summer recruiting period, which will include an abundance of important official visits from uncommitted prospects.

South Carolina can now add Justin Greene to this aforementioned group, as he announced on Wednesday night that he will be in Columbia the weekend of June 9th-11th for an official visit.

Justin Greene is one of South Carolina's biggest defensive targets remaining on the recruiting board, as he alongside Dylan Stewart have been the most frequent visitors as far as defensive linemen are concerned. Auburn and Georgia are two other teams to watch in this recruitment, as both teams have received multiple visits from Justin over the past 6 weeks, but it's noteworthy that South Carolina is the first, and currently, the only school that is getting an official visit from the Georgia native.
