Elijah Higgins' amazing reaction to finding out he was being drafted by the Miami Dolphins

The Stanford receiver saw his dream come true

Every year during the NFL Draft our heartstrings are tugged at a bit when we see players following their lifelong dream of being drafted.

Stanford receiver Elijah Higgins, who was selected in the sixth round by the Miami Dolphins, had one of the best reactions when he received the call.

Higgins expressed how difficult it was to wait that long to which he was assured that the Dolphins are confident in him, and that they made then right decision in drafting him. The Stanford standout is expected to make the switch to tight end and be used in a hybrid role.

In his four seasons at Stanford, Higgins grabbed 119 catches for over 1,300 yards while adding six touchdowns. He will have a chance to work with one of the best offensive minds in football in Mike McDaniel.
