We are somehow five years removed from the shocking announcement from former Stanford Cardinal and Indianapolis Colt quarterback, Andrew Luck, that he is stepping away from football.

Since then, Luck has lived a quiet life up until his recent induction into the College Football Hall of Fame, as he opened up as to why he stepped away from football. However, his name has since resurfaced following the announcement of the players who will be eligible for induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame along with other notable names like Julius Peppers, Eric Berry, Antonio Gates, and Brandon Marshall.

Luck's name being included has sparked up a debate amongst the internet about whether he accomplished enough as a player in the NFL. Before walking away from the league, he made four Pro Bowls, won playoff games and held numerous records. His accomplishments that could have been will forever be a mystery, as there were talks of being in the GOAT conversation eventually.

While you would think there would be a clear cut answer, the internet has gone into a frenzy debating if what he accomplished was enough to enshrine him among the best to ever do it.

I personally think he deserves a ring of honor spot in Indianapolis, but I doubt he will get the nod into Canton.
