Stanford's newly hired offensive line coaches Al Netter and Viane Talamaivao continue to target the top talent in the country, as the two latest additions to Troy Taylor's staff have not been shy by any means.

On top of landing a lineman this past week and being featured as a finalist for one of the top tackles in the country, they have also begun their pursuit of the top-ranked lineman in the country. Mater Dei product and five-star offensive lineman, Brandon Baker, took to Twitter on Wednesday to announce that he has received an offer from the Cardinal.

In doing so he used a picture of current Cardinal and former Mater Dei standout, David Bailey. Baker is one of the most highly sought after recruits in the country like Bailey, as he (Baker) holds nearly 30 offers and climbing from programs such as Miami, USC, Ohio State, and Texas.

Baker ranks as the No. 23 player in the country, No. 1 offensive tackle, and the No. 1 player in the state of California. The Cardinal are currently pursuing an elite trio of Mater Dei players, as along with Baker Stanford is hoping to land five-star running back Jordon Davison as well as four-star quarterback Elijah Brown.
