Madison Conner returns from injury to help the Horned Frogs get back on track.

With what TCU Women's Basketball posted on social media before the game, there was a buzz surrounding the Horned Frogs as Madison Conner returned to the court for the first time since January 13.

In her return, Conner accounted for 31 of TCU's 79 points, proving why TCU has had its struggles the past few weeks. Sydney Harris wasn't far behind Conner in scoring with 27 points. The Frogs shot 40.7% in total field goals and 40% from the free-throw line in the win and look to get back to winning basketball.

Normally, TCU tends to have a quarter where the offense slows down allowing the other team to get back into the game or take the lead. But the key to this game was consistency. In every instance where Cincinnati challenged the Frogs lead, TCU roared right back stringing off multiple runs of 6 or more points throughout the game.

While Cincinnati did outscore the Horned Frogs in the 4th quarter, the separation Conner and the Horned Frogs built in the 3rd quarter proved to be more than enough as they would hand Cincinnati its 10th conference loss of the season.

Ariel Jackson led the scoring for the Bearcats with 19 points. Braylyn Milton trailed her closely with 15 points by the end of the game. Jillian Hayes led the rebounding for the Bearcats with 9 rebounds. Malea Williams, Ariel Jackson, and Braylyn Milton all tallied 3 assists for the Bearcats.

One of the major keys to this game was controlling possession of the ball. TCU had six turnovers, while Cincinnati had 12. While Cincinnati outrebounded TCU 41-35, it's scary to think what this team will look like when Sedona Prince makes her return to the starting lineup.
