Tamarion McDonald Enters Transfer Portal

On Monday, 247Sports national college football reporter Matt Zenitz reported that Tennessee defensive back Tamarion McDonald intends to enter the transfer portal. McDonald tallied 40 tackles and an interception for the Vols in 2023 and will be one of the most experienced defensive backs in the portal.

The offseason is almost underway for Tennessee football. The Vols have concluded the regular season and are now focusing on roster construction for the 2023 season. If players don't transfer within that window, they must wait until May following spring practice to enter the transfer portal.
