Draft Kings Sets Week One Line For Tennessee vs. Virginia

In this story:
ESPN recently ranked Tennessee's strength of schedule as the No. 8 most difficult in all of college football. They have several in-conference road tests that will make or break their season, but at least they are opening up as substantial week-one favorites to kick things off. The Vols play the Virginia Cavaliers on September 2 in a neutral-site contest at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee.
Though the game is technically a neutral site, Nissan Stadium is less than a three-hour drive from Neyland Stadium. Furthermore, Nashville is an epicenter for Tennessee football, so there should be a lot of orange and white lining the crowd. Draft Kings recently set the week one line and factored all this plus the talent discrepancy into account and has Tennessee as a 27-point favorite. The sports book hasn't posted any other odds for the games, and the money is even at -110 on both sides.
Tennessee is 2-0 in week one games in head coach Josh Heupel's tenure. They actually have beaten Bowling Green twice in those games, and both times the Vols won 38-6. They get a new challenger this season in Virginia, a Power-5 opponent that Tennessee still should have its way with. Again, the schedule only gets harder after week one, so the Vols must come out firing. It will be a big test for new starting quarterback Joe Milton III, and there's also a chance that we will see true freshman quarterback Nico Iamaleava get his first live reps late in the game.
