Welcome To Tennessee's SEC Network Takeover!

The Tennessee Volunteers take over SEC Network today, with programming all day long.

The Volunteer coverage on SEC Network began once the clock struck midnight on Wednesday. Luckily for Vol fans, especially those who were already asleep, you’ve got all day to look forward to.

Coverage runs 24 hours, with sports including volleyball, baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, and of course, football, all of which with recent epic games to be shown. Thrown in there are also some SEC Insides featuring Tennessee. Let’s take a deeper dive into some of the games on the network.

We are going to start where the day ends. At 9:00 p.m. Eastern, SEC Network will be showing Tennessee’s dramatic 52-49 win over Alabama from this past October in Knoxville. Before this last game, which seems right to top things off, there is plenty to watch for. Keeping with the rivalry with the Crimson Tide, the Vols’ win over then-top-ranked Alabama on the hardwood from February will be on at 8:30 a.m. for a great start to the day.

This was Alabama’s first loss in conference play last season. At 3:30 p.m., the network will highlight Tennessee’s win over Clemson in the NCAA Baseball Regionals from just last month. The last show on the docket right before the big game at 9:00 will be On The Clock featuring Hendon Hooker at 8:30. It should be a great day of fun, highlighting what a phenomenal year Tennessee has had athletically across all sports.
