Malachi Toliver Cuts List To 10

In this story:
Tennessee is making some waves with offensive linemen on the recruiting trail. Offensive tackles Daniel Calhoun and Nathan Roy included the Volunteers when they cut down their lists, and Malachi Toliver has added his name to that group.
Toliver is down to ten schools: Tennessee, Georgia, Georgia Tech, LSU, Auburn, Louisville, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt, South Carolina, and Michigan. He stands 6-5 and 295 lbs. and plays for Cartersville High School in Georgia, the same school that Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawerence attended.

Georgia seems to be the leader for Toliver. He has been to Athens many times and recently earned an offer after a late January visit. The Bulldogs are known for developing offensive linemen and sending them off to the NFL, especially ones of Toliver's stature.
Recruits are beginning to finalize visits and top schools before the summer to ensure they are ready to commit before their senior season. Toliver hasn't indicated a timetable for his recruitment, but things could move quickly.
The Volunteers are after many talented 2024 skill players, including wide receiver Ryan Wingo, athlete Mike Matthews, running back Jordan Marshall, and more. However, they are beginning to add some trench players to that list, a necessity for a strong recruiting class.
Toliver isn't a consistent striker in the run game but has coordinated movements in his pass sets. He has the baseline to become an efficient right tackle at the next level with the right development.
