    Texas Football: Colt McCoy Appears as Texas' Honorary Captain for Alamo Bowl

    The Texas legend was on hand to cheer on his alma mater in San Antonio

    Former Texas Longhorn quarterback Colt McCoy was the team's honorary captain for the Valero Alamo Bowl in San Antonio. 

    The Texas legend called the coin toss in the air for the Longhorns, getting Texas the football first.

    Texas is playing No. 11 Utah, hoping to wash the taste of a disappointing 7-5 season out of its mouth with an upset win to finish out the season.
