Texas football: Red River Showdown draws big ratings
The country was watching when Texas and Oklahoma tangled

The most-anticipated Red River Showdown in more than 10 years was a big ratings win for Fox.
The Longhorns' 34-27 defeat at the hands of the Oklahoma Sooners was the most-watched college football game of the day. The Longhorns and Sooners drew more eyes to their contest than LSU and Georgia managed in a much-hyped prime-time showdown.
The game was also the highest-rated Fox college football broadcast of the year so far.
