
Texas football: Texas vs. Kansas State gets kickoff time - sort of
AUSTIN, Texas – The No. RV/24 Texas Football team’s Nov. 9 matchup against No. 22/25 Kansas State was announced as a six-day selection by the Big 12 Conference on Monday. The Longhorns and Wildcats will face off either at 11 a.m. on Fox Sports 1, or at 2:30 p.m. on ESPN or ABC. The official announcement will come on Sunday, Nov. 3.
The Longhorns (5-3; 3-2 Big 12) are 9-10 all-time against K-State (5-2; 2-2 Big 12) and are 2-0 against the Wildcats under head coach Tom Herman. UT is 7-3 all-time against K-State in Austin, including a 40-34 double-overtime victory in 2017, Herman’s first season at the helm.
