Texas coach Tom Herman led off his weekly press conference on Monday with some big news on the injury front. Key starters Zach Shackelford, Collin Johnson and Joseph Ossai are all listed as probable for the Longhorns' upcoming game against Oklahoma State.

Shackleford limped off the field during the Rice game after re-aggravating a foot injury that hobbled him through fall camp.

He's expected to be limited through practice this week and reevaluated as the Longhorns get closer to game day.

Ossai sprained his shoulder during the win over Rice. He sat out Monday's practice but is expected to work out in a brace tomorrow.

Johnson tweaked a hamstring against LSU and sat out against Rice as a precautionary measure. He is expected to return to practice on Tuesday.

BJ Foster (hamstring) and Damervion Overshown (strained vertebrae in his back) have both been ruled out for Oklahoma State, though Herman did mention he believes both players have a chance to return for the Oct. 5 game against West Virginia following Texas' bye week.
