University of Texas football recruiting: Is Texas the favorite for Four-star DL Alfred Collins?

The University of Texas lucked out when top-tier defensive line recruit Alfred Collins sprouted up at Cedar Creek High School, less than 30 miles from the 40 Acres.
Collins is a four-star defensive end prospect with a long frame, quick hands, speed for his size and an unbelievably high ceiling.
At 6-foot-6 and 245 pounds Collins has plenty of room to add bulk. He's got a tremendous first step and knows how to use his long arms to create separation.
Texas currently has three Crystal Ball projections for Collins, according to 247 Sports and the Longhorns were included in his top five along with Oklahoma, Alabama, LSU and A&M.
Though competing with SEC schools for top tier defensive line talent is always a tricky proposition, the Longhorns have geography on their side.
