Longhorns Secure 69-66 Road Win Over Wildcats: Live Game Log
The Texas Longhorns (18-4, 7-2 Big 12) are back in action on Saturday afternoon as they hit the road to take on the Kansas State Wildcats (18-4, 6-3).
These two teams squared off once already back on Jan. 3, in a high-scoring affair which saw the Wildcats come to Austin and hand the Longhorns a 116-103 loss. Now, the Longhorns look to even the season series.
Texas enters Saturday fresh off of a hard-fought 76-71 win over No. 11 Baylor, and in sole possession of first place in the Big 12. A win keeps Texas in first place. As for the Wildcats, they enter Saturday wanting to get back in the win column.
Kansas State is coming off of a 90-78 loss to rival Kansas on the road. However, the Wildcats have yet to lose at home this year, sporting an impressive 12-0 record while the Longhorns are 13-1 on the road.
