The Texas Longhorns will look to begin their Big 12 Tournament title defense when they take on the Kansas State Wildcats in Kansas City on Wednesday night.

Texas, the No. 7 seed in the conference tournament, beat K-State 62-56 in the only regular-season meeting between the two teams this year.

No. 10-seeded Kansas State closed out the regular season on a high note by upsetting No. 6 Iowa State in the regular-season finale.
