LIVE UPDATES: Oklahoma Sooners Score Go-Ahead TD Against Texas Longhorns Late In Q4

The No. 3 Texas Longhorns host the No. 12 Oklahoma Sooners for another edition of the Red River Rivalry. Follow along here for live updates, coverage, and highlights.

Through their first five games of this season, the Texas Longhorns remain undefeated. Saturday, they'll face the Oklahoma Sooners, who are likewise undefeated, in Dallas, Texas for the 2023 edition of one of college footballs most classic clashes, The Red River Rivalry.

Formerly known as the Red River Shootout, the matchup celebrated its 100th meeting back in 2005, and in over a century of contention there have rarely been any dull moments.

This year, both teams enter the game with spotless records, which raises the stakes for these two highly-ranked teams. At No. 3, Texas hopes to finish the year with a College Playoff spot in hand, but to do that, they'll have to get by the Sooners in Week 6.

For the Longhorns, they're led by quarterback Quinn Ewers, who's having a breakout season for the burnt orange squad. He's tallied over 1,300 yards, along with ten touchdowns, and just one interception on the year.

Joining Ewers in the backfield will be running back Jonathan Brooks, among others. Brooks had a big game against Kansas last week, running wild for 218 yards and two touchdowns. That marked his second consecutive two touchdown game, and it's a safe bet he'll be looking for more on Saturday against the Sooners.
