STORRS, Conn. – The ninth-ranked UConn women's basketball team (9-4, 4-0 BIG EAST) returns to conference play to host Seton Hall (8-7, 3-4) Friday at 7 p.m. in Gampel Pavilion. The game will air on SNY and the UConn Sports Network.

The Huskies are coming off a 72-59 loss to Oregon Monday. UConn was without senior, who is in COVID protocols. Senior notched 17 points, eight rebounds and six assists vs. the Ducks. The freshman scored 22 points vs. Oregon.

UConn is 54-10 all-time vs. Seton Hall. On Dec. 3, 2021, UConn won the first game of the season series, 74-49. The sophomore had 23 points, nine rebounds and seven assists in the game. Both junior parents attended Seton Hall. Her father played basketball while her mother competed in track & field for the Pirates.

Seton Hall is coming off an 84-79 win over St. John's on Wednesday. This season, Lauren Park-Lane leads the Pirates with 18.1 points per game. Head coach Anthony Bozzella is in his ninth season at Seton Hall.
