I highly doubt anybody would argue the fact that DeMar DeRozan is easily one of the best products to ever come out of the USC Trojan's system in the university's history. Even though he only spent one year with the team, he made an impact off the jump and helped the team to the 2009 Pacific-10 Conference Men's Tournament.

Since then, we all know what has happened in his NBA career. He is one of the most beloved Raptors players of all time, has numerous All-Star appearances to his name and is currently suiting up for the Chicago Bulls as he looks to enter his 15th season. However, those that have paid close attention to the mid-range maestro over the years took notice that instead of his usual number 10, DeRozan has rocked number 11 ever since he signed with the Chicago Bulls. This was due to the number being retired by the Bulls after Bob Love stopped playing basketball.

And the Trojans actually retired the number 10 as well for DeRozan back in 2020 but it looks like that move will now be undone as DJ Rodman will be kicking off his first season with USC this coming year and DeRozan has reportedly allowed him to wear the jersey again.

With the blessing of @DeMar_DeRozan, whose jersey hangs in the Galen Center rafters, DJ Rodman will wear No. 10 this season for the Trojans!

DJ, the son of NBA legend Dennis Rodman, has four seasons under his belt at Washington State and is coming off his best as he started 31 out of the 30 games he played and averaged about nine points with six rebounds. He will bring versatility on both ends of the floor for USC this year.

Wearing the number 10 will be a great honor and DeRozan wouldn't allow just anybody to rock it so expect some big moments from Rodman this year!
