In this story:

Your USC Men's Basketball team has had a special opportunity on their hands during a ten day international trip to not only get some games under belts before the new season kicks off but to also travel the world and get to learn about a different culture. They've made sure to explore Greece as much as possible and visit different landmarks to really get to understand the country they are visiting.

Even though we've gotten used to just watching Isaiah Collier and Boogie Ellis on a basketball court making dazzling plays and seemingly living in the gym, they have been able to enjoy their time with their teammates and get to know them better during this time period.

A number of USC players were quizzed one simple question regarding Greek mythology during one of their early days in Greece and that was: What is Athena the God of?

A number of answers were thrown out there by different guys and some of guesses included the Goddess of love, beauty and the sun. However, only returning players in Kobe Johnson and Joshua Morgan were able to answer correctly as they knew that Athena is recognized as the Goddess of Wisdom.

Take a look at the full interviews for yourself (provided by USC Hoops).

It's great to see the entire group learning from one another and even though they could not answer correctly as a whole, I'm sure there are a number of classes available to take at USC these next few semesters that could help them get a grasp of the content if it's something they're interested in!

Two games of their international trip are in the rearview mirror now as well with just one to go!
