The 2023 NFL Draft is this week and the betting odds for who will be the No. 1 overall pick have seen a major shift once again as the first round gets ready to kick off Thursday.

While Alabama's Bryce Young remains the betting favorite, SI Sportsbook and several of the other popular betting sites now have Kentucky quarterback Will Levis with the second-shortest odds to be the first overall pick and as the new betting favorite to go No. 2 overall.

Ohio State's CJ Stroud had been the favorite for the second pick, but Levis's stock skyrocketed this week after Peter King projected him at No. 4 in his latest mock draft on Monday and a reddit post about his odds went viral on Tuesday.

While Levis entered the week with his odds around +4500, SI Sportsbook now has him at +500.

Below we will take a look at the latest first-pick odds. Updated first-pick odds and all NFL Draft betting odds can be found on SI Sportsbook.
