USC Trojans Football: Fans Hold Little Back In Ripping Trojans For Latest Loss

In this story:
This past weekend, your USC Trojans entered into their game against the Utah Utes with one thing on their mind, redemption. Not only did USC lose to Utah twice last season, but they were coming into the game after a poor effort against Notre Dame that saw them drop their first game of the season.
The Trojans were in front of their fans, and it was their time to turn the page. But once the clock hit zero, the Trojans dream became a nightmare, and for the second time in as many weeks, USC lost, 34-32.
It was a last-second victory for Utah over USC, but the Trojans dreams of winning a National Championship were cooked. With two losses, all the Trojans can hope for now is a Pac-12 title if they can win out. But with games against Oregon, Washington and UCLA left on the schedule, that could prove tougher than it seems.
The defense once again was a big problem against Utah and their offensive line problems showed themselves again. USC is a school that demands excellence, and they haven’t gotten anything close to that since head coach Lincoln Riley took over. It has been two wasted seasons now, and fans aren’t happy.
Fans didn’t hold back in going after the Trojans after the defeat.

I love how everybody predicted USC’s defense to be horrible and they’re STILL somehow even worse than expected

This team was supposed to change this season. They were supposed to break the narrative from last year, but it has been more of the same. And if they aren’t careful, things will get really ugly going forward.
The team can still salvage things, but it will take an entire team effort to do so. They can’t afford another slip-up, otherwise, there could be some big changes made this offseason to this program
