Is USC really charging more for a cardboard cutout on the sideline than a student season ticket?

A reader sent me this comment: "In a normal season, a student season ticket costs $200 for six games, or $33.33 per game This year, a cardboard cutout costs $110 for three games, or $36,67 per game."
