Huskies Resume Spring Practice with Better Look at Muhammad

In this story:
University of Washington spring football resumed on Wednesday morning following a three-week quarter break and program newcomers were treated to perfect weather conditions.
With media given only an hour of access, with Pro Day activities coming on the heels of practice No. 4, some sights and sounds of the workout included the following:
Before drills began with music loudly greeting players coming into Husky Stadium, wide receivers Ja'Lynn Polk, Rome Odunze and Taj Davis danced together in an improvised manner, feeling a vibe.
Coach Kalen DeBoer arrived on the field 10 minutes after everything got going, seemingly limping a bit. He met with a handful of coaches before making the rounds.
Noticeably involved in this workout was new cornerback Jabbar Muhammad, who ran with the first unit right off in the opening scrimmage plays and looked extremely smooth in his movements.
Freshman cornerback Caleb Presley made his Husky debut, took a lot of pointers and had to adjust to the quick pace of the drills, getting waved out of one for being a tad late.
Elinneus Davis, a freshman defensive tackle from Minnesota, attended his first Uw practice, but was relegated to spectator status, apparently nursing some sort of physical issue.
Running back Dillon Johnson, the Mississippi State transfer, appeared very solidly built as he took his reps.
With the exception of Muhammad moving up, lineups and rotations remained fairly similar to how they were when the Huskies paused for spring break.
Redshirt freshman Tristan Dunn has been working in at the hybrid Husky spot, which represents this coaching staff's nickel back.
Twins Jayvon and Armon Parker, one a sophomore and the other a freshman coming off a knee injury and hailing from Detroit, continue to run with the No. 2 defense, lining up side by side. They look extremely mobile and filled out, making one wonder why they weren't heavily recruited by Big Ten schools, unless it was a matter of taking on two players rather than just one.
Lining up for field goals, sophomore Grady Gross made his first couple while fellow sophomore Addison Shrock, left-footed similar to the departed Peyton Henry, hooked and missed his first two.
The Huskies return to the practice field on Friday.
