On Thursday, West Virginia University football head coach Neal Brown announced junior EJ Horton has signed a grant-in-aid and will transfer to WVU from Marshall University and has two years of eligibility remaining. 

The 6-0, 180-pound receiver appeared in 12 games last season for Marshall, including starting the last four game of the season, and registered 12 catches for 186 yards and a touchdown. 

Horton announced on May 14th his commitment to WVU. He also received offers from Colorado, Mississippi State, BYU and California.
