Phillies vs. Rockies Prediction, Odds, Probable Pitchers, Prop Bets for Friday, April 3

The Philadelphia Phillies are 3-3 on the season, but they're coming off two straight wins against the Washington Nationals. They look to win a third straight game on Friday afternoon when they take on the Colorado Rockies.
The Rockies are 2-4 on the season, but they look forward to today's home opener at Coors Field.
Let's dive into the odds and my best bet for this National League showdown.

Phillies vs. Rockies Best Prop Bet
- Trea Turner Home Run +540
In today's edition of Daily Dinger, I broke down why I'm betting on Trea Turner to hit a home run this afternoon:
Michael Lorenzen of the Rockies gave up three earned runs, including a home run, in just 4.1 innings pitched in his first start of the season. Now, he returns home to Coors Field, the most home run-friendly ballpark in baseball. That could lead to him giving up a few home runs tonight.
Trea Turner isn't exactly known for his power, but he can still reach 20+ home runs each season. Let's bet on him to hit his first of 2026 tonight.
Phillies vs. Rockies Prediction and Pick
The Phillies don't deserve to be -200 favorites when Aaron Nola is on the mound, no matter who they face. Sure, they should be able to rack up runs at Coors Field, but the Rockies are also going to be able to score. Nola had a 6.01 ERA in 17 starts last season, and he seems to have picked up right where he left off, allowing five hits, two walks, and three earned runs in his first start of the season.
The Rockies haven't gotten off to as bad a start as you may think, either. In fact, they have a batting average of .231, better than the Phillies, who come in with an average of .220.
If you want to take a shot at a sizable underdog, the Rockies in their season opener could be the move.
