Three True Freshmen That Could Make an Immediate Impact for WVU

In this story:
Last year, we saw running back CJ Donaldson become a key piece of West Virginia's offense in Week 1 against Pitt in the Backyard Brawl. After rushing for 125 yards and a score, he immediately earned the respect of his coaches and was someone they had to have on the field.
Which true freshman do I believe will make an immediate impact for the Mountaineers in 2023?
WR Rodney Gallagher III
Neal Brown's crown jewel of the 2023 class is going to see a lot of action in year one. He even mentioned that he'll factor into things back in the spring and Gallagher wasn't even on campus at the time. He's a dynamic playmaker in space and can really rack up yardage after the catch. Fortunately, he won't have to carry the load for a lack of better words, due to the depth WVU created at the receiver position through free agency. I mean transfer portal. He could have a CJ Donaldson-type of impact where he's a key part of the offense from the very get-go.
BANDIT James Heard Jr.
Jared Bartlett is the main guy at BANDIT for WVU and is in line to have a big season. But they are going to need guys like Tyrin Bradley (Abilene Christian transfer) and James Heard Jr. to step up and contribute. Aside from Josiah Trotter, who would have been on this list if he wasn't injured, Heard is the most game-ready freshman on this side of the ball for the Mountaineers. He'll get his fair share of sacks, but his strength, in my opinion, is shutting down the run game. You'll see a bunch of TFLs from him this fall if given the opportunity.
LB Ben Cutter
I could have went with a couple others for this third and final spot, but given WVU's lack of depth at linebacker, I like Cutter's chances. In high school, this dude rolled out of bed with ten tackles. He's ALWAYS AROUND THE BALL. Even if he doesn't see a ton of reps on defense, he's going to be a factor on special teams. Heck, Cutter may end up being the leading tackler on the special teams unit and it wouldn't surprise me. Takes really good angles, has good form, and plays smart.
