JUST IN: Neal Brown Says Austin Kendall Will Start Barring Any Changes

Just moments ago on the weekly Neal Brown coaches show held at Kegler’s, Neal Brown announced that barring any changes that starting quarterback Austin Kendall will get the start at Oklahoma this week.

Kendall was knocked out of the game vs Iowa State last week in the first quarter and was replaced by Jack Allison — who did an okay job on short notice.

This will be an interesting story line heading into the game as Kendall will be going up against his old head team and head coach, Lincoln Riley. Riley originally blocked Kendall's transfer to West Virginia, but after having a ton of backlash decided to lift that block/
