WVU Linebacker to Leave Team Following the Season

This Saturday will be the last time that you will see linebacker Zach Sandwisch run out onto Mountaineer Field as he announced on Twitter yesterday that it would be his final go around.
Mountaineer Nation I want to say thank you to all the fans and everyone that has gotten me to this point. I want everyone to know this will be my last time running out onto Mountaineer Field this Saturday. West Virginia will always be home! Thank you for all the great memories! pic.twitter.com/PMqrbJyRTx

Sandwisch has been mainly used on special teams and has only played in one game this season registering one tackle. It is unclear if Sandwisch will continue playing football as a grad transfer elsewhere or if he is hanging it up.
