WVU? UCLA? Colorado State Transfer Recaps Visit & Discusses Upcoming Decision

In this story:
Colorado State defensive back transfer TJ Crandall has just wrapped up his official visit to West Virginia and will take the next 24 hours or so to determine his new home.
"I'll make my decision either Monday or Tuesday," Crandall told Mountaineers Now. "The visit was great. I had an amazing time. I talked to Beanie (Bishop) and he was great, definitely was trying to get me to commit. The staff showed extra effort in trying to get me. Coach (Neal) Brown and Coach ShaDon (Brown) flew out to see me prior to the visit and I can tell I was a priority to them."
Crandall has received offers from Arkansas, Arizona State, Cal, Cincinnati, Indiana, Louisville, Michigan State, NC State, Oregon State, Purdue, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, and Wisconsin but will make his decision between UCLA and West Virginia.
What he likes about UCLA:
"UCLA offers a great life after football. The opportunity to be in L.A. and connect with businesses and get a great degree is amazing. Then on top of that, Coach Whit seems like a really smart coach and I know he would develop my talents."
What he likes about West Virginia:
"West Virginia has a great situation for me personally and the opportunity to play there is the highest of any school recruiting me. I saw how Coach ShaDon and Coach (Jevaughn) Codlin were able to help Beanie and contributed to him being an All-American and I think I can step into those shoes and do the same."
Importance of a strong fan base and NIL opportunities:
"I would say the strength of the fan base is important for sure because I want to know that the team I am going to has the support and fire from their fanbase that not everyone will get. NIL comes with how well you play so I know as long as I can play up to my potential then that stuff will come."
