WVU OL Target Eidan Buchanan Sets Decision Date

Can the Mountaineers add to the o-line?

Class of 2025 offensive lineman Eidan Buchanan (6'8", 310 lbs) of Olney, Maryland is getting closer to coming to a decision.

Over the weekend, he announced on X that he will be making his commitment on April 13th at 1 p.m. and will decide between Kentucky, Maryland, Rutgers, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Buchanan also holds offers from Boston College, East Carolina, Miami (FL), Pitt, South Florida, Syracuse, Virginia Tech, and a few others. He has an official visit scheduled with West Virginia for June 7-9, but will already have his mind made up by then, obviously. If WVU is not the pick, it will be interesting to see if Buchanan still takes the visit and if so, how much it will influence his initial decision.

Buchanan hails from the same school (Good Counsel) as incoming freshman center Kyle Altuner.
