About Ohio State: Thornton, Battle and Gayle are the players to watch as all three avearge double figures for the season. Thornton leads with 16.9 points, along with a team-leading 65 assists. Battle pours in 15 points and pulls down 5.2 rebounds. Gayle averages 14.5 points and 5.5 rebounds. Zed Key has become a valuable piece off the bench, averaging 9.1 points. Felix Okpara had a huge game on the glass against Indiana, as he pulled down 15 rebounds. Their loss to Indiana snapped the Buckeyes’ four-game winning streak and marked their second straight Big Ten loss.

About Wisconsin: The Badgers have won four straight and nine of their last 10 as they’ve risen to No. 15 in the AP Top 25 on the strength of that run. Storr (14.7 points), Crowl (12.6 points) and Wahl (11.9 points) have fueled that run. Crowl and Wahl combined for nearly 14 rebounds per game. Hepburn adds 8.9 points and leads the team with 56 assists and 25 steals. While Klesmit (7.2 points) round out the starting five, John Blackwell (9.2 points) gives the Badgers a quality option off the bench. Against Nebraska five players scored in double figures, with Connor Essegian coming off the bench to score 12 points on four 3-pointers.
