Teams to Watch

One of the biggest favorites for Major 2 is, of course, OpTic Texas. Throughout Major 2 Qualifiers, OpTic Texas won every single match, ending the qualifiers as the only team with a 7-0 record. Their most recent victory came in a reverse sweep over the New York Subliners, a team that was also 6-0 going into that match. Coming back from 2-0 down against another 6-0 team is no easy job, and sets OpTic up perfectly for the Major.

However, a dark horse for the Major could be the Las Vegas Legion. They impressed in the Qualifiers and outperformed many fans' expectations. They ended the qualifiers in 5th seed with a 5-2 record, equaling the record of Atlanta FaZe and Toronto Ultra. Vegas are hitting form just at the right time, and if they take that to LAN, we could see them on Sunday.
