Johnny Manziel, the NFL's most talked about prospect, has signed an endorsement deal with Nike, according to ESPN.
Manziel is a possible #1 pick and has been highly sought after for endorsement deals with Adidas, Under Armor, and New Balance also offering contracts to the former A&M quarterback.
