'Ref In The City' is back giving yellow cards to the people of NYC
Comedian Yoni Lotan is back out on the streets, trying to make New York City a better place by giving out red and yellow cards to people for failure to swipe subway cards properly, and most importantly, for clogging up the sidewalks.
Lotan also cuts right to the heart of what is probably every ref's inner thoughts when he begins begging some soccer players to include him their game.
