All-time hits leader Pete Rose stopped by Late Night with Seth Meyers to talk about the current state of Major League Baseball, and his chances for re-instatement as MLB commissioner Bud Selig's retirement draws near.

Rose also gives his thoughts on Alex Rodriguez's suspension, and says the third baseman would occasionally text him for advice, which sounds like a recipe for an increased suspension.
