To make matters worse, the cop, who was supposed to be patrolling the parking lot giving open container violations, is holding a beer in his other hand.

While many in the community may find this image upsetting, it is important to remember that the motto is "To serve and protect," and this officer is serving up a lightning fast beer while protecting the fan from spilling by trying to do it by himself.
