Bills Offensive Coordinator Joe Brady Playing Guys To Their Strengths

Joe Brady's approach is to maximize player strengths, fostering an offense that capitalizes on individual talents to drive success in Buffalo.

Josh Allen rushed for 74 yards and a touchdown in the Bills' win over the Steelers in the wild-card round of the playoffs. Muki Hawkins and Justus Radford brought up the job that Joe Brady has done as offensive coordinator by allowing Allen to utilize his strengths on the Bleav in Bills podcast.

"Brady understands who Josh Allen is as a player. This is what he is; this is what got him that far. Allow him still to do that to some degree," said Hawkins. "I think that it was more or less Brady understanding how to play the guys to their strength rather than this is what I want you to do."

Joe Brady took over as offensive coordinator midseason when Buffalo announced they would be firing Ken Dorsey after a 5-5 start to the season. After the change, the Bills started to rely more on their rushing attack and went 6-1 down the stretch. According to BetOnline, Buffalo is a three-point favorite over Kansas City this weekend.
