Former Steeler Ike Taylor: Tomlin Gets “Every Single Last Drop” From His Players

Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin continues to get everything out of his players as they head into the playoffs this weekend.

The Steelers snuck into the playoffs once again despite being one of the most overlooked teams in the NFL this season. Coach Mike Tomlin continues to prove he is one of the best in the business, and Mark Bergin and Ike Taylor had high praise for the future Hall of Fame coach on a recent episode of the Bleav in Steelers podcast.

“As far as when it comes to adversity and wanting to prove people wrong, that is all that coach Tomlin wants to do. He has been doing it his whole career,” said Taylor. “So, when I say that man can not only coach but also teach. There are a lot of coaches that can coach, but there are not a lot of coaches that can teach. Coach T is one of the few in the world that can get every single last drop.”

Not many people are giving Pittsburgh much of a chance against Buffalo this Sunday, and Mike Tomlin will have to work his magic once again. The Steelers are 10-point underdogs to the Bills this weekend, according to BetOnline.
