After missing out on a chance at the historic three-peat this past season, Georgia comes into the 2024 college football season as the consensus favorite to win its third national championship under head coach Kirby Smart. But first, he'll have to put the finishing touches on his roster via the transfer portal.

The 2024 winter transfer window has come and gone, resulting in some notable shifts on the Bulldogs' defense, in particular, but Smart and Co. have some intriguing additions, as well, and there could be more movement in the upcoming spring window.

London Humphreys: The former three-star recruit emerged as the No. 3 transfer wide receiver and No. 15 overall transfer, coming over from Vanderbilt.

Trevor Etienne: Ranked as the No. 2 running back and No. 30 overall prospect in the transfer portal, the former Florida player heads to the rival Bulldogs.

Benjamin Yurosek: The No. 6 overall tight end in the transfer portal comes over from Stanford to help replace Brock Bowers at the position.

Colbie Young: 4-star WR transfers from Miami to Georgia

Xzavier McLeod: 4-star DL transfers from South Carolina to Georgia

Jake Pope: 3-star S transfers from Alabama to Georgia

Michael Jackson III: 3-star WR transfers from USC to Georgia

What Georgia lost in 2024

Nyland Green: The No. 1 transfer cornerback and No. 11 overall portaler heads to Purdue for the 2024 season.

A.J. Harris: Ranked as the No. 2 transfer cornerback and No. 12 overall transfer player, the former five-star recruit committed to Penn State.

Jamon Dumas-Johnson: A former four-star recruit, ranked as the No. 1 transfer linebacker and No. 21 overall transfer, heads to Kentucky.

Marvin Jones, Jr: A one-time five-star edge rusher recruit, the No. 5 ranked transfer at his position and No. 31 overall heads to Florida State.

Brock Vandagriff: Ranked as the No. 9 transfer quarterback and top-50 overall transfer, the Bogart, Ga. native commits to Kentucky.
