Point spread: Detroit comes into the game as 6 point favorites against Tampa Bay, according to the lines at SI Sportsbook.

FPI prediction: Buffalo has a 57.1 percent chance to win the game, according to the power index projections, while Kansas City has the 42.9 percent shot to pull off the upset and advance to the AFC Championship Game.
