LSU football wide receiver Malik Nabers will not be charged after he was arrested on Monday night on a weapons charge in New Orleans.

After further review, the Orleans Parish Magistrate Court will not bring charges against Nabers, who was released on his own recognizance on Tuesday, according to WAFB.

He was not required to post bond.

But in order to be released, Nabers is not allowed to have his gun as a condition of prosecutors refusing to press charges.
