Michael Vick announces new job helping college football players with NIL

Michael Vick is moving on to the next phase of his career: mentoring college football players through the NIL landscape.
Vick is joining Levels Sports Group as its head of athlete development.
The group announced that Vick will be working with Clemson quarterback D.J. Uiagalelei and USC 5-star 2023 recruit Malachi Nelson.

“I could not be more excited to partner with Levels and work with the talented athletes on their roster,” Vick said in a release.
“As someone who has had success at the highest level of football, I am looking forward to mentoring guys like DJ, Malachi and Makai, and helping them get to wherever they want their football and professional careers to go.”

Vick made his mark on college football, and then the NFL, by emerging as the most electric player at the quarterback position as the 21st century began.
Vick introduced mobility and dynamism to the position at Virginia Tech, helping redefine the position for the new millennium.
He went No. 1 overall in the 2001 NFL Draft and racked up more than 22,000 passing yards to go with 133 touchdowns.
He also earned a reported $20 million in endorsements during his NFL career, a side of the football business Vick will now guide the next generation through.
