VIDEO: 20-Year-Old British MMA Prospect Scores Brutal Liver Shot Knockout

Kurtis Campbell stunned in his second professional MMA bout with a spectacular liver shot knockout of Alexis Tsarmantidis at Full Contact Contender (FCC) 34 on June 17.
Campbell dominated the first round after reversing a takedown from Tsarmantidis, almost securing a TKO finish from mount several times.
Tsarmantidis had a better beginning to round two, but it wasn't enough. Campbell managed his distance effectively, evading a lazy stance-switch from Tsarmantidis, before launching a right roundhouse to the liver which folded his foe against the cage:

Campbell, a 20-year-old Liverpudlian fighter, increased his professional record to 2-0, adding to his first round superman-jab knockout of Hakem Al-Shamari in December 2022. "The Pink Panther" entered the professional ranks with high regard, after going 8-1 in his amateur career, with all but two victories coming by finish.
Campbell stunned on the UK amateur scene, winning five titles in three promotions, across three weight divisions. He was defeated in his attempt for the SMFC bantamweight title in his second amateur bout, and recouped to take the UK Fighting Championship bantamweight, featherweight, and lightweight titles. After this, Campbell moved on to claim the Almighty Fighting Championship interim lightweight title, and ended up winning the FCC featherweight title.
With more performances like that from FCC 34, it's very likely to see Campbell in top-tier promotions like the UFC, Bellator, Cage Warriors, or the PFL real soon. Keep an eye on this top prospect.
