UPDATE: Anthony Davis' Current Injury Status For Kings-Lakers Game

Anthony Davis is on the injury report for Wednesday's game.

UPDATE: Anthony Davis is available (h/t Ryan Ward of Lakers Nation).  

On Wednesday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers will host Domantas Sabonis and the Sacramento Kings in California.   

For the game, All-Star forward Anthony Davis is on the injury report, but he is listed as probable, so he should be available.

Davis has had another excellent season and is averaging 24.9 points, 12.3 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.1 steals and 2.5 blocks per contest while shooting 55.9% from the field and 26.4% from the three-point range in 59 games. 

The Lakers are the ninth seed in the Western Conference with a 34-29 record in 63 games.   

They have gone 7-3 over their last ten games and most recently beat the Oklahoma City Thunder (at home) by a score of 116-104. 

In 30 minutes of playing time, Davis had 24 points, 12 rebounds, four assists, one steal and three blocks while shooting 7/12 from the field. 

Following their matchup with the Kings, the Lakers will play their next game on Friday evening when they host Damian Lillard and the Milwaukee Bucks in Los Angeles.

As for the Kings, they are the seventh seed in the Western Conference with a 34-26 record in 60 games. 

They are 5-5 over their previous ten games and most recently lost to the Chicago Bulls (at home) by a score of 113-109. 

Following their showdown with the Lakers, the Kings will play their next game on Thursday evening when they return home to host Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs.
