UPDATE: Anthony Davis' Current Injury Status For Wizards-Lakers Game

Anthony Davis is on the injury report for Thursday's game.

On Thursday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers will host the Washington Wizards in California.   

For the game, Anthony Davis is on the injury report, but the 2020 NBA Champion is listed as probable, so he should be available.

Davis is in the middle of a sensational season with averages of 24.8 points, 12.2 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.1 steals and 2.4 blocks per contest while shooting 55.7% from the field and 26.4% from the three-point range in 56 games. 

The Lakers are the ninth seed in the Western Conference with a 32-28 record in 60 games. 

They are 8-2 over their last ten games and most recently beat Russell Westbrook and the Los Angeles Clippers by a score of 116-112. 

In 36 minutes of playing time, Davis had 20 points, 12 rebounds, two assists, two steals and three blocks while shooting 8/15 from the field and 0/2 from the three-point range.

Following the Wizards, the Lakers will remain in Los Angeles and host the Denver Nuggets on Saturday evening. 

At home, they are 20-9 in 29 games.

As for the Wizards, they have had a tough season and are the 14th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 9-49 record in 58 games. 

They are in the middle of a 12-game losing streak and are coming off a 123-112 loss to the Golden State Warriors. 

Following the Lakers, the Wizards will remain in Los Angeles for a matchup with the Clippers on Friday evening.
