Chris Paul's Injury Status For Warriors-Clippers Game

Chris Paul remains ruled out for Saturday's game.

On Saturday afternoon, the Golden State Warriors will be in Los Angeles to face off against the Clippers.

For the game, they will remain without one of their best players, as Chris Paul has been ruled out.

The future Hall of Famer also missed the team's last game, so this will be his second straight out of action.

Via Anthony Slater of The Athletic on Friday: "Andrew Wiggins is questionable tomorrow in Los Angeles against the Clippers with that finger issue. Chris Paul is out."

Paul has played in 18 games so far this season and is averaging 8.9 points, 3.6 rebounds, 7.3 assists and 1.5 steals per contest while shooting 39.9% from the field and 32.8% from the three-point range.

The Warriors are 9-10 in their first 19 games, which has them as the tenth seed in the Western Conference.

They are 3-7 over their previous ten games and most recently beat the Clippers (at home) by a score of 120-114.

On November 30, the Warriors announced an update on Paul.

Paul is in his first season with Golden State, and at 38, he still remains among one of the best point guards in the league.

Following the Clippers, the Warriors will play their next game on Wednesday when they host the Portland Trail Blazers.

As for the Clippers, they are 8-10 in their first 18 games, which has them as the 11th seed in the Western Conference.

Following the Warriors, they will play their next game on Wednesday when they host Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets in Los Angeles.
