Dejounte Murray's Current Injury Status For Hawks-Timberwolves Game

Dejounte Murray is on the injury report for Friday's game.

On Friday evening, the Atlanta Hawks will be at the Target Center to face off against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

For the game, they could be without one of their best players, as 2022 NBA All-Star Dejounte Murray is on the injury report.

Murray missed the team's last game, so this would be his second straight out of the starting lineup (if he doesn't play).

Murray is averaging 22.5 points, 5.4 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 1.4 steals per contest while shooting 45.7% from the field and 36.1% from the three-point range in 76 games.

The Hawks are the tenth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 36-44 record in 80 games.

They have gone 5-5 over their last ten games and are also in the middle of a four-game losing streak.

Most recently, the Hawks lost to the Charlotte Hornets (at home) by a score of 115-114.

Following the Timberwolves, they will play their next game on Sunday afternoon when they visit the Indiana Pacers.

As for the Timberwolves, they are the second seed in the Western Conference with a 55-25 record in 80 games.

They have gone 7-3 over their last ten games and most recently lost to Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets (on the road) by a score of 116-107.

Following the Hawks, the Timberwolves will play their next game on Sunday afternoon when they remain at home to host Kevin Durant and the Phoenix Suns.
